Is remote support safe?

Yes — you remain in full control of your device at all times. Sessions are client‑initiated and can be ended anytime.

What tools do you use?

Typically AnyDesk for remote support and Google Meet for voice/video. I’ll share a link and guide you through it.

Do you handle passwords, banking, CRA, or government sites?

No. For your safety, I don’t assist with sensitive logins, banking, password recovery, or government services.

Can you help with Linux?

Yes — basic desktop Linux support, installs, dual‑boot, and dev environment setup (Python/Docker/Git). No enterprise servers.

What should I send before the session?

A short description of the problem, your device model, OS version, and screenshots (if possible). This saves time.
